Cole has been smiling A LOT these past two weeks... he's an early smiler! (Chloe officially had her first real smile when she was three months old.) I think it's maybe because he's got so many girls looking after him, all giddy about any little thing that he does. He coos a lot when you talk to him (ask my Mom) and generally, he responds really well to you. We still have to capture that smile on camera though - we'll get lucky one of these days.

Last week, we discovered he had a invisible friend at the living room chandelier that he smiles at and talks to... if you let him lie down on the sofa and just let him be, Cole will be looking up and just, um, talking to his friend. See here...

We're not worried or anything because Chloe was talking to the same "friend" back when she was a few months old!

Cole is just so unbelievably well behaved... he rarely gets fussy, doesn't really cry for extended periods of time, takes in alot of milk. Oh, he abolutely loves his bouncy chair. (Louie and I bought this chair and a bassinette at a garage sale for US$7.50 back when we were still in Midland, Michigan!)

He's growing up so very fast! Next thing you know, we'll be throwing another party for a one year old!
